Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-approved your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-approval and contact you by email. If your item (s) is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will complete the payment and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we have completed the payment on your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when you check out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at orders@YOURWEBSITE.com
Please check the packaging of your goods when they arrive. If you notice any damage, note them when you sign the delivery. If your item (s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@YOURWEBSITE.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations and refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee of 125 DKK, regardless of whether your order has been shipped. If your order is shipped, you (the buyer) are also responsible for actual return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card you used when you placed your order.
